​By purchasing from Cheef Leech Keeper, you agree to the following:

• Cheef Leech Keeper is based in the United States of America. At this time, all sales will only be shipped within the Continental United States (lower 48 states plus Washington D.C.). At this time, this site does not fulfill any International Orders, orders for U.S. territories, or orders outside the bounds of the Continental United States. Future intent is to expand who we serve, so this policy is only temporary.

• The exception to the International Order Policy is The Writrix, where all services will be handled electronically. The Writrix will take international commissions, commissions from territories, and those from outside the bounds of the Continental United States as it does not require shipping.

• Packages will be shipped between 1-3 business days from the time the order is placed. This is an estimate, however. Extreme weather, unforeseen circumstance, and holidays may increase this time.

• At this time, Cheef Leech Keeper is solely using USPS Ground Advantage for shipping, though this will not be our forever policy. This decision was based upon the following reasons:

  • It is the least costly method to ship, saving our customers money​.

  • The shipping time frame is not all that different compared to the more expensive USPS options.

  • For Cheef Leech Keeper, other shippers are currently not easily accessible geographically and would require a pickup, incurring another fee for customers.

  • Cheef Leech Keeper is a newer business and still learning the ropes of shipping options (the most confusing part of eCommerce, by far), so we're keeping it as simple as possible for both us and the customers until we develop.

• Shipping costs are 100% dictated by USPS based on product/packaging weights. Cheef Leech Keeper makes $0 from shipping costs.

• All listed prices do not include shipping for the Shop. This will be added at checkout.

• Shipping is free with a $150 Shop order, before taxes. This order must be at once, and not a combination of several orders. If an order is made and earns free shipping, then products are removed taking the total to under $150, shipping costs will be added.

• Commissions from The Writrix are not included in the total for free shipping.

• Shipping cost is based upon the size of packaging, weight of package, and the customer's location.

• As mentioned in the Product Descriptions, all items will settle during shipping. Some will need to be fluffed out or moved around to put them back in their intended state. Their Product Descriptions will mention this.

• All sales will be packaged safely and securely for shipping using either boxes with bubble wrap, poly bags with bubble wrap, or something similar.

• All weights have been determined to include packaging, so specific packaging cannot be requested.

• These weights, as per USPS policy, have been rounded up to the nearest .000lb if not at an even number. If it is not done this way, it will risk the customer having to pay additional prices upon receipt. Due to the lightweight nature of most products (under 15.999 ounces), this rounding does not affect shipping prices in any way.

• Liquid items will have additional layers of padding, protection, and sealing.

• Packaging is based on the nature of the product(s) being shipped. ​​​
