• Minimum word count is 100 per order. This can be achieved the following ways:

  1. A single job at a 100-word minimum​

  2. A combination of jobs in a single order totaling a minimum of 100 words.

• With the exception of small blurbs or CTA buttons, each small job within a combination requires a minimum of 25 words each.

​

• Word counts can go 10% over the required number, but never under. For example, if you request a 300-word description, the final word count will be a minimum of 300 words and a maximum of 330 words.

​

• All word counts include titles, headings, subtitles, lists, and anything else unrelated to paragraph bodies.

​

• Pricing is based solely on the accepted job. There is no cost for email interactions as all consultations and exchanges are free.

• ​​Clients are permitted two returns for edits. Edit time is not included in the original time frame. Each edit will adhere to the same time frame given for the job.

​

• We take great pride in tailoring pieces to the individual’s needs: it is assured we’ll follow directions since we're highly experienced. If after two edits the job is rejected, there will be no refund. Please understand this is being done to weed out scammers. ​

• Once the exchanges have been made and everything is clear, the potential client will have a Price Quote sent to them. This quote must be accepted and paid in full before the commission begins. By accepting and paying, the client agrees to all terms listed for The Writrix.

• ​Once payment is made in full, this officially starts the time frame countdown. Jobs are required to be prepaid at all times. This is just like ordering a product, paying for it, then waiting for it to be delivered. ​

• We’re happy to work with bundled jobs, small businesses, and faithful customers at special rates. We aren’t haggling our prices, so that’s off the table. But if you meet these criteria, we’re more than willing to offer a discount.
