By purchasing from Cheef Leech Keeper, you agree to the following:
KSFA Defective or Damaged Items

CLK specializes in OOAK handmade art. No product is defective that will be sent out, though it may have intentional design “flaws”, “dirt”, and other unconventional characteristics and sewing styles that have been clearly made apparent numerous times in our Product Descriptions, KSFA section, and Disclaimer. Any items not up to CLK’s quality are put in the Cheef Leech Keeper’s Reejects pile and will not be a part of that item’s official sale.

Because of this, we do not consider our items defective: they are art, not toys.

Damaged items will be compensated accordingly.

We understand that problems may arise during shipping and damage can occur. We will do whatever we can to make amends.

If you receive an item that was damaged during shipping, please immediately reach out to us at cheefleechkeepercontact@gmail.com, kindly stating without rage:

CLK will respond as quickly as possible the cooler-like-Fonzie you are, remedying the situation through a full refund, partial refund, or store credit if deemed appropriate.

This agreement is valid for 14 days after the purchase, with Day 1 beginning the day after purchase. If a claim is not made by Day 14, the offer expires at midnight of Day 15 and there is no option for a full refund, partial refund, or store credit. The exception being the tracked package is lost in the mail. At that point, we will be more than happy to work with you beyond the 14-day policy.

This is not a forever policy. Again, we are new at this and just getting started in the world of eCommerce. We will progress and expand as time goes on, but for right now, we need to keep things as simple as possible for CLK and our customers. In the long-run, this will make us a better operation versus biting off more than we can initially chew, being overwhelmed, and failing.

Due to the nature of our services, combined with the overly-descriptive nature of our lip service, CLK is beyond transparent when it comes to Product Descriptions, what’s offered, artistic detail, creative liberties, story lines, and explanations.

What a customer orders is what a customer will receive. Because of the minute operation we run, there is no one responsible for fulfilling orders aside from CLK, assuring a proper order without technical or quality control screw-ups.

We are quite meticulous to a mental-disorder degree. But if something does go wrong with an improper order for whatever reason, please reach out to us and we will make it all better, pinky swear.

At this time, KSFA sales are exempt from returns. Please be acutely aware of what you’re ordering prior to purchase. If you have any questions about what you’re buying, please email us prior to ordering. We are here for you every step of the way.

Once an order is officially marked as Shipped, that order is sold and cannot be canceled or returned for any reason.

The Writrix Return Policy

There are no refunds, cancellations, returns, or exchanges for any reasons regarding commissions for The Writrix. Clients are made aware of this in multiple ways prior to hiring this service.

Once a Price Quote for The Writrix is paid for, this is an accepted sale.

All sales are final with commissions done by The Writrix. No exceptions.

We will happily work with the client to tweak the end product. We offer detailed discussion ahead of time, in addition to coordinated edits. All policies regarding these matters are stated in Guidelines, Prices and Time Frames, and the Disclaimer.
