Pricing

All listed prices do not include tax. This is for both The Writrix and Shop.
All listed prices do not include shipping for the Shop.
Shipping is free with a $150 Shop order, before taxes. This order must be at once, and not a combination of several orders. If an order is made and earns free shipping, then products are removed taking the total to under $150, shipping costs will be added.
Commissions from The Writrix are not included in the total for free shipping.
The Writrix is electronic and does not require shipping, but tax will be added. Prices per word do not include tax. Tax is an additional charge based upon the client's location.
All sales tax percentage is based upon the customer's location.
Shipping cost is based upon the size of packaging, weight of package, and the customer's location.

KSFA Safety

KSFA features one-of-a-kind products. They're not meant as toys.
Because this is art, products are recommended for ages 10+, and as long as the individual is safe and responsible.
Packages contain small parts that can be a choking hazard. Never allow a child alone with anything purchased from Cheef Leech Keeper.
Adult supervision required.
Products are all safe and secure. If injury occurs, the item was used improperly by the person in possession and is no fault of Cheef Leech Keeper.
Items containing liquids should be kept safe and in a static area. It is not recommended they be used for any purpose other than display. If damage occurs this is not the fault of Cheef Leech Keeper as item was likely used in a way that was not recommended.
All items with liquid have a screw-on cap that is heavily glued on, assuring no leakage.
Nothing sold is consumable.
Any product that has a dual purpose as a vessel must be thoroughly washed before use.

KSFA Appearance

Some products have intentionally been made "dirty" due to the nature of the art. This is not actual dirt. It's merely giving the appearance as part of the story line and interpretation. This will be noted in respective Product Descriptions.
Anything upcycled has been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
Products have unique quirks, offbeat stitching patterns, and other atypical compositions. This is all part of the design concept and an intended process.
No two items are alike.

KSFA Images

Images depicted may or may not be the item you receive unless specifically noted. If you don’t get the exact model in the photo, you’ll get something similar.
No backgrounds or accessories are included in the sale. What's included in the sale is what's listed in the bulleted area, What You Get, of the Product Description.
Product measurements are displayed as accurately as possible in the photos. Due to the nature of the art, sizes will vary. The pictures and estimates are merely a reference point.
All photography and image designs are the property of Cheef Leech Keeper. No reproduction without consent is permitted.

KSFA Shipping

At this time, being new to this, KSFA is solely using USPS Ground Advantage for shipping.
Shipping is currently to the Continental United States only.
Shipping costs are 100% dictated by USPS based on product/packaging weights and customer location.
Shipping is free with orders totaling $150 or more before taxes.
As mentioned in the Product Descriptions, all items will settle during shipping. Some will need to be fluffed out or moved around to put them back in their intended state. Their Product Descriptions will mention this.
All sales will be packaged safely and securely for shipping based upon the nature of the product.
Liquid items will have additional layers of padding, protection, and sealing.

The Writrix

All communication exchanges and commissions will be done electronically. This rule is without exception. All conversations and interactions will be done via email only.
Once the exchanges have been established, the potential client will have a Price Quote sent to them. This quote must be accepted and paid in full before the commission begins. By accepting and paying, the client agrees to all terms listed for The Writrix.
The Writrix fulfills both Domestic and International Orders due to all works being sent electronically.
Files will be sent to the client in Portable Document Format (PDF) by default. Other formats can be discussed at the client's mention.
Minimum word count is 100 per order. This can be achieved through either a single job at a 100-word minimum or a combination of jobs in a single order totaling a minimum of 100 words, though combinations requires a minimum of 25 words each.
Word counts can go 10% over the established number, but never under.
All word counts include titles, headings, subtitles, lists, and anything else unrelated to paragraph bodies.
Pricing is based solely on the accepted job.
There is no cost for email interactions as all consultations and exchanges are free.
Clients are permitted two returns for edits. Edit time is not included in the original time frame. Each edit will adhere to the same time frame given for the job.
Orders will be completed to the exact specifications of the client.
If after two edits the job is rejected, there will be no refund.
Once payment is made in full, the job is considered accepted. After two edits, it is officially complete. No exceptions, no refunds, no returns.
Once payment is made in full, this officially starts the time frame countdown. Jobs are required to be prepaid at all times. No exceptions.
