Fresh from a maritime excursion (the tub), Fab Rick was slithering down the hall. In his seventh arm was the towel CLK had imposed. Fab Rick never cared for this terrycloth monstrosity and felt it degrading to his prominent status. Therefore he dragged it behind as an accessory: to him it was less a towel and more a Bathroom Flag, which is a concept at the forefront of modern trend-setting.
Trailing water, he spotted a new mop cradled between the marriage of two walls. Anything but swanky, it was not aesthetically pleasing and filled him with disgust. Nine brains thinking fast, Fab Rick tossed Bathroom Flag onto the mop to simultaneously hide its peasant-like presence and design a more stylish corner.
This is when Moppy Poppins awoke.
Her whole appearance changed. She became fresh, fashionable, and functioning.
Separated, they are nothing. But together, they’re the CLeaning Krew duo that creates magic. Bathroom Flag is the tool of Moppy Poppins’s speech—and boy is it an in-depth speech. Constant. Frightening. Loud. Blunt. Merry. Scolding.
Humorless, upbeat, and authoritative, Moppy Poppins has an extreme need to clean. An OCD fixation, it’s her only interest. She frantically demonstrates vehement apprehension that her fellow CLK characters aren’t presentable, especially showing concern about the high chair home of Mr. Bob Tis, Pripyet Chaudry’s cataract eye, and Dinkus Dolly in general.

The entire CLK family is petrified of her, save for two. Ratnold’s constant sneezing and hacking is Moppy’s inadvertent archrival, causing her to sing about it then flee to scrub off germs. Fab Rick is the only one who tells her off, yet she ignores his mumbling and reprimands him for it. Otherwise, all characters cower in avoidance, banning together to indulge her until she leaves. Because she takes everything literally, this often works to their advantage.
Due to her intense cleaning rampages, Moppy Poppins requires a lot of sleep. Thusly, she is often encouraged to nap or “go clean yourself”. She typically is inspired by these suggestions and will make haste to do so.
